Minimum requirements

Before you start the online training…

We recommend you adhere to the minimum requirements outlined below.

• Screen size of 1024 x 768 or higher. The online training is best suited to a large screen monitor but can be used on large tablets.
• If you are using an Apple computer such as an iPad, you may need to click the avatar and then push the “play button” to start the Avatar talking.
• We also recommend on the iPad to close all non essential apps and tabs in your browser to help divert resources to the web site.
• When working on the drag and drop interactive slides please click then wait for the button to lighten prior to moving it to the correct location.
• With all tablets the preferred viewing is in landscape mode
• A reliable internet connection.
