we would have to remove the possible faulty staging from use due to the fact it had caused damage to the aircraft. We would also need to find out if the staging is in use any where else on the base, company and possibly world wide. This would be best approached by contacting the manufacturer of the staging and highlighting to them that there had been an incident with this type of staging supplied for use on the aircraft.
