The video you are about to watch is an actual audio transcript recording between Alaska Airlines Flight 261 and Air Traffic Control. Shortly before the McDonnell Douglas, crashed into the Pacific Ocean suffering a catastrophic loss of pitch control. The two pilots, three cabin crew members, and 83 passengers on board were killed. It was later determined that that inadequate maintenance and human error, led to the failure of a critical flight control system during the flight.
