Slide 18 – SAFETY CULTURE

From the previous slide we mentioned just culture. With a sound and solid Just Culture in place we are able to achieve a reporting culture. This reporting culture allows people to report problems that may lead up to an incident. by having a reporting culture in place. we can then achieve a learning culture. This will then allow us to learn from peoples mistakes and errors that have happened. Remember, we are HUMAN after all.
